Maintain Group Training Requests

Begin in the PetExec menu-->Group Training-->Maintain Group Training Requests.  From this screen you have the following options:

  1. Delete the request, requiring no further action
  2. Process the request, allowing to Assign Pets to Class.

When you click "Process", the Assign Pets to Class page displays information about the class itself as well as the requesting pet and pets already assigned to the Group Training.

  1. Group Training information such as dates, pricing, times, etc.
  2. Related Pets shows all pets under the requesting owner. Another pet from the owner can easily be selected by checking the box next to their name to assign them to the class as well.
  3. Assigned Pets shows pets that have already been assigned to that specific Group Training.
  4. Currently Requested Pets lists the pet and pet owner requesting to be added to the class.
  5. Vaccinations will show dates of vaccinations if listed in the requesting pet’s info.

Click the ‘Schedule Training for Selected Pets’ button near the ‘Related Pets’ heading to assign the pets to the Group Training class.

When pets are scheduled for training the product/service for that class will be added to the pet owner's cart.  You have the option to "automatically go to checkout" if you are collecting payment at the time you are adding the pets to the class.  If not, the group training service will be in the owners cart and available for checkout at a later time.
