Let’s start with some trouble shooting, Check your Internet connection; can you connect to other websites? If your Internet service is unavailable you will be unable to login to PetExec. You can also try logging into to PetExec from your phone or another mobile device with a Cellular data signal. If you are able to login to PetExec from your phone, but not your other device, then it could be that device.
PetExec servers are updated to meet PCI compliance. When a provider stops supporting security updates on either an operating system or a browser, PetExec will no longer run on that device or browser. The solution is to update the Operating system or browser.
