How do I control which agreements/contracts are shown in the owner menu?

From the menu-->Company Preferences-->Communication Settings-->Maintain Agreements.  Click the Active check box for each agreement you want to show in the Owner Menu and the Owner record. 

 

Agreements that are signed by the owner will be green in the owner menu.  Agreements that are not signed will be red in the owner menu.

Agreements that are not marked active will not be displayed in the owner menu.  Here is an example:

**Note: Show to owner agreements will be displayed in the owner portal for owners to view and sign based on the “Enable Owner Contract” application preference setting.
