How do I send a text message to a customer?

1. Make sure the owner's account has a phone number that has been marked to receive messages.  The "Use for SMS?" box should be checked.

                  

2. From the owner's menu, click on the  icon to open the SMS Directions window.

              

 

The text will have the following subject: From Company Name: DO NOT REPLY
