Add Employee Schedule

To add an employee schedule to time time clock module begin in the PetExec menu under Time Clock-->Add Employee Schedule.

  1. Select the employee
  2. Select the Location/Task.  Locations and tasks can be added to this drop down menu via Time Clock-->Maintain Employee Locations/Tasks.  Assigning a location/task will give you the option of creating multiple types of schedules for the same employee, Hours can then be tracked for different scheduled and/or different pay rates.
  3. Schedule date.  You can create a schedule for one specific date, or use the select dates during date range, and create a reoccurring schedule.
  4. Start time and end time for th employees scheduled task/location.
  5. Next day, select this check box, if the schedule begins on one day, and finishes on the following day.  For example, employee that works from 10 pm - 6 am the following day.
  6. Notes.  You can add notes to the schedule if you would like.
  7. Click add schedule.
